Move replaceCopy function from Copy enum to Helpers module to improve separation of concerns. Add splitFrontmatter and mergeTagsIntoFrontmatter utilities for YAML frontmatter manipulation. Remove unused Beautify prompt and QuickActionsService. Add timeout support to Semaphore.wait(). Remove unused Event.QuickActionsSettingsChanged.
