Andrew Beal d743d07d8f fix: improve focus handling in search results and user instruction selection 
- Add optional MouseEvent parameter to acceptance handlers
- Prevent default behavior and restore input focus after selection
- Pass focusInput callback to UserInstruction component
- Update default search icon to file-question-mark
- Remove unused plugin import from UserInstruction
