feat: update calendar setup links and subscription pricing

Browse source 
Updated settings UI to reflect current calendar setup documentation and pricing:

- Changed subscription price from $1/month to $2/month
- Updated Advanced Setup documentation link to:
  https://callumalpass.github.io/tasknotes/calendar-setup
- Added setup guide link to Quick Setup section for easier access
- Changed link text from "OAuth Configuration Guide" to "Calendar Setup Guide"

Both Quick Setup and Advanced Setup modes now link to the user-facing calendar
setup documentation hosted on GitHub Pages.
