Charles Kelsoe f19881784a Strengthen guard: also fail lint on eslint directives missing a -- description ... check-submission.mjs now also enforces eslint-comments/require-description (every eslint-disable/enable comment needs a -- reason), which the dashboard enforces but local eslint does not. Anchored the directive regexes to comment openers so prose mentioning eslint-disable is not falsely flagged.		2026-06-05 15:44:15 -04:00
