CVER Inc. ade0da6e31 chore: add tracked pre-push hook that runs scripts/test.sh (#4) ... Completes the clikae-style local guard: a tracked hooks/pre-push (activate with `git config core.hooksPath hooks`) runs the same scripts/test.sh that CI runs, so failures surface locally before a push.
