Implements the full spec from #1: fenced code block (aliases lookback/lb/ daily-note-lookback/chrono) rendering year-over-year or custom-interval lookbacks of configured sections. Collapsed rows cost zero file reads; expansion slices one section from one file via the metadata cache. Pure engine (date math, interval grammar, config coercion, section slicing) carries a 36-test Node suite with no obsidian imports. QoL: corner open-arrows, hover previews, expand/collapse-all, remembered expansion state, smart cutoff at the earliest daily note, desktop + mobile.
