Claude 23c78133c4 ci: remove advanced CodeQL workflow in favor of default setup ... The repository has CodeQL "default setup" enabled, which rejects SARIF uploads from an advanced workflow ("CodeQL analyses from advanced configurations cannot be processed when the default setup is enabled"), failing the Analyze check on every PR to main. Drop the advanced .github/workflows/codeql.yml and let GitHub's default setup handle CodeQL scanning.
