Jonathan J. Wagner 7dd8ead2db chore(gitignore): untrack local agent-harness + one-off scripts 
These files were tracked before the matching .gitignore rules landed
in 0c21303. The ignore rules don't apply retroactively — untrack them
with 'git rm --cached' so future clones stay clean.

Untracked (21 files):
- AGENTS.md (local agent harness)
- docs/meta/* (15 files — local meta docs, already excluded from Jekyll)
- tests/GEMINI.md, tests/KNOWN_ISSUES.md, tests/README.md,
  tests/integration/README.md (local dev/test notes)
- patch_changelog.sh, scripts/fix-json-parsing.patch
  (one-off release/migration scripts)

Files preserved on disk; only removed from the index.

No code, test, or build changes — 299/299 tests still pass, lint clean.
