fix(readme): align GitHub Stars badge position across all i18n READMEs
- Move stars badge from line 2 to line 1 (matching README.md layout) - Remove leading blank line from README_zh_Hant.md - All 30 files now have identical badge layout: Line 1: [Release] [Downloads] [Stars] Line 2: [Obsidian Downloads] - All 121 README alignment tests pass
