Jacobinwwey 0567021163 fix(maintainer): remove bot identities from git history and prevent future bot commits 
- Rewrite all bot-authored commits (aliyun1121003339, google-labs-jules[bot],
  github-actions[bot]) to use Jacobinwwey identity
- Add .mailmap to canonicalize historical bot identities
- Fix release workflow to use human author instead of github-actions[bot]
- Add pre-commit hook to block [bot] authors from committing locally
