jacoblearned ec60621aa5 Permit case-insensitive note name matching 
Users can turn off case-sensitivity in settings if they
want their provided substrings to match note names
in a case-insensitive manner.

Also sets the default value of Template on Rename
to True to better support two main sources of note creation:

1. User creates new note using the sidebar rather
than the Command + Click method
2. User creates new note on mobile in which Command + Click is not readily available
