Jean Z. SORDES f3b691ae19 fix(lint): align ESLint with Obsidian community scanner 
Match obsidianmd recommended plus typescript-eslint type-checked rules,
enforce zero warnings in CI, bump minAppVersion to 1.13.0, and fix
resulting source violations for future review compatibility.
