Research Assistant cef93fa588 fix: close review findings for auto-sync, sync PFResult, and global actions 
Remove invalid sync --key path from OCR auto-refresh, surface memory rebuild
failures in sync PFResult instead of swallowing them, and complete the
persistent Global action group with Status + Repair.
