Zero Liu df6f455662 chore(eslint): enable @typescript-eslint/no-unsafe-argument and fix violations (#2440) ... Removes the `off` override and fixes all 368 violations via type casts, widened parameter types (unknown / string|null|undefined for functions that defensively handle non-string inputs), and concrete types in place of `any` for Lexical nodes, mock objects, and option handlers.
