Marcus Breiden dfa6a6e440 docs(dev): add BeautiTab import plan & session handoff for #17 
Capture the full research so a non-Docker session can continue:
- both BeautiTab variants (andrew original 18 keys / Mara-Li fork +apiKey,
  +cachedBackground), all sharing plugin id `beautitab`
- complete field mapping incl. quoteSource->toggles, localBackgrounds(base64)
  ->folder, apiKey->SecretStorage
- TDD implementation plan, test fixtures, and the open real-data.json
  verification step
