- Updated `/ref` thread references to use versioned metadata so referenced-thread context is restored more reliably in chat history and exports. Older saved `/ref` prompts may be shown as plain text instead of a compact reference label.
- Improved referenced-thread transcripts, exported thread Markdown, and generated thread titles so they use the same readable user/assistant/plan conversation text and skip command-log noise.
- Improved runtime option handling for model, reasoning effort, fast mode, and auto-review so pending, reset, and unchanged settings are reported and applied consistently.
- Improved command, tool, review, and turn-diff display states and interaction styling.
