nightfall 737c9fd7c3 fix: replace DOMParser with safe HTML parsing, add artifact attestations 
- Replace DOMParser().parseFromString(val, "text/html") with
  createSpan()+innerHTML+childNodes to avoid dynamic script execution
- Remove globalThis/window DOMParser detection in extractSvgSub
- Add actions/attest-build-provenance to release workflow
