fix: fixed opaque sticky gap; replaced transparent margin with page header padding; card headers dock below measured page header height; 8px gap is now part of the opaque page header background
修复不透明粘性间隙；
使用页面标题内边距（padding）替换透明外边距（margin）；
卡片标题现在停靠在已测量页面标题高度下方；
8px 间隙现在是不透明页面标题背景的一部分。
