polygonhunter 12292f79bb 0.1.4: clickable folder picker for exclusions 
Excluded folders become a settings list with add/delete rows, each
backed by the platform folder control with vault suggestions — no more
hand-typed textarea. Exclusion matching moves to a boundary-aware
helper: "templates" now excludes templates/* but no longer swallows
templates2.md.
