GuanLdong f85a1b4ada Prepare Task Hub for community plugin review ... The plugin now needs marketplace-safe metadata and bilingual user-facing documentation before it can be merged to main. This changes the community plugin id to task-hub, adds release metadata, records the bilingual maintenance contract, and creates a repeatable release asset script for the standard Obsidian assets.
