Souta 449706e713 chore: add FUNDING.yml and BRAT install instructions

- Add .github/FUNDING.yml (GitHub Sponsors + Buy Me a Coffee)
  to render the Sponsor button on the repo page
- Update README Install section to mention BRAT as an install option
