Why: Users and maintainers need accurate upgrade notes, storage and cache disclosures, installation paths, and one canonical release procedure before the 0.3.0 tag is created. What: Add curated 0.3.0 notes, document plaintext key and cache behavior, distinguish release and source installations, update the release checklist, and close the completed operations-metrics-search task record. Validation: Documentation paths and release assets were checked against the production build, and the curated notes were exercised by the hardened workflow contract. |
