Im The Justice Man 09905e22c8 chore: update dependencies and improve type safety 
- Updated ESLint and TypeScript dependencies in package.json for better compatibility and features.
- Modified release.sh to remove legacy peer dependencies flag for npm update.
- Cleaned up TypeScript code in main.ts, mobile-search-leaf.ts, and settings.ts by removing unnecessary eslint-disable comments and improving type assertions.
- Simplified onChooseItem methods in various classes to remove unused event parameters.
