jon-dez f9feb75394 Update project configuration and dependencies for testing and build improvements 
- Add WebdriverIO configuration for end-to-end testing with new wdio.conf.mts file.
- Introduce Vite configuration in vite.config.mts, replacing the previous vite.config.ts.
- Update TypeScript configuration to include test and wdio configuration files.
- Add .wdio directory to .gitignore
- Include new test specifications for loading the plugin and a default vault for testing.
- Update README.md, add a section for e2e testing
