f7330c8e29 restructure plugin settings into collapsible sections 
- Group settings into Supabase / Account / Telegram bot / Routing / Sync / Storage warnings / Advanced collapsible sections
- Hide email sign-in and Setup bot affordances once those steps are done; add Reconfigure bot flow
- Pre-render storage usage skeleton so the card no longer jumps when data loads
- Shrink connection status description so host/email/bot handle fit one line
- Note the 20 MB Telegram Bot API download limit in README and settings
