33909c2995 feat: add sample vault for testing the plugin 
- create sample-vault/ with pre-built corvo plugin
- include demo data for tce-sp 2026 with 6 subjects, 15 items, 7 topics, 30 sessions
- add secondary sefaz-ba 2026 contest for testing switching
- configure obsidian workspace with corvo enabled
- update readme with sample vault instructions
- add welcome note and study cycle note
