Don Pucik 0691b7452a feat: add npm run bump version bump script and release process docs ... Adds scripts/bump.js, invoked as `npm run bump -- X.X.X`. Validates semver, updates manifest.json, versions.json, package.json, README.md, SECURITY.md (minor/major only), and CHANGELOG.md from git log in a single atomic pass.
