fc7d33b192 Fix plugin review issues 
- Remove eslint-disable comment, use unknown type instead of any
- Bump minAppVersion from 0.15.0 to 1.0.0
- Replace createEl('h3') with Setting.setHeading()
- Move all inline styles to CSS classes in styles.css
