Stephan Teig a60f4324df feat: add README, screenshots, remove HTML prototype 
- README with all 6 scheme screenshots, feature list, Style Settings
  requirement note, dark/light mode switching explanation, and
  manual + community install instructions
- Screenshots/ folder with one image per scheme
- Remove Lumen Themes - Shortlist.html (design prototype, no longer needed)
