feat: use @quartz-community/utils for shared utilities 
- Add @quartz-community/utils dependency
- Update tsup config to bundle inline scripts with esbuild
- Import simplifySlug and joinSegments from utils
- Remove unused template dependencies
- Update repository URL in package.json
