HaloGamer33 4b77c70954 feat: add title templates to note templates 
Previously when creating a note via the plugin, and then selecting a
note template the plugin would ask you for a note title, but there were
no suggestions to use a title template. Now, the title templates that
you defined on the settings will be suggested to you.
