Research Assistant 68f65ea69a feat: add agent commands deployment

- Add command/ directory with core lp commands:
  lp-selection-sync, lp-index-refresh, lp-ocr, lp-status
  ld-deep, ld-paper
- Update setup.py to deploy commands to .opencode/command/
