7003d10671 Add troubleshooting guide and update folder overview docs 
Added a new Troubleshooting.md with guidance on folder collapsing issues and included a relevant screenshot. Updated Folder overview.md with sections on using overviews in templates and explanation of overview IDs.

d1ee82fe1d Add settings documentation and update index page

75c7fadb8b Update documentation for folder notes features 
Revised and clarified command palette, context menu, and exclusion features in the documentation. Added new sections and improved descriptions for folder note commands, exclusion/whitelisting, and folder overview. Included new screenshots and video assets to illustrate features and workflows.
